Q. Where is your company located?

A. We are a US based company. Our home office is located in beautiful, sunny South Carolina, USA; Supply warehouses are in the USA, England, Australia, and Asia.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories. Most of our products are manufactured and shipped from right here in the United States. Some of our products are manufactured in England, some in Australia, and some in Asia (primarily footwear - the same as Nike, Adidas, Air Jordan, etc.). So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 1-4 weeks for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Products shipped from the USA to USA, for example, will arrive within days, while products shipped internationally may take a couple of weeks.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from virtually any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE over $75?

A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on ALL orders over $75. On some items, we have Free Shipping promotions regardless of price. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in the currency of the country you are shopping from, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
